All-in-one solution for data management

Funnellab GmbH faced a problem that many companies are confronted with: data fragmentation. The customer used various tools such as sevDesk (billing app), Google Ads (advertising campaigns) and Pipedrive (CRM to track deals and customer information) to manage its data, but had trouble consolidating all that information in one place.

Integrate apps and automate processes in Airtable

To solve this problem, our team implemented a solution where the data from all of these apps in Airtable, a cloud-based database management platform, were stored. This made it possible for Funnellab GmbH, to have all information in one place and to avoid manual work with Google Sheets.

We used Maketo automate the process of adding data from sevDesk, Google Ads, and Pipedrive to Airtable. In this way, new organizations and businesses could be automatically added to Airtable as soon as they were in Pipedrive were created. Invoices from sevDesk were also updated daily in Airtable, and the amount invested in active Google campaigns was added to Airtable once a month.

By using Airtable, Funnellab GmbH was able to streamline its data management processes and save time. All calculations, such as the return on investments, were carried out automatically in Airtable, making manual calculations superfluous. With this solution, Funnellab GmbH was able to concentrate on its core business and leave the tedious data management tasks to our team.

How does the Pipedrive to sevDesk scenario work?

The scenario involves tracking and updating business information across various applications. It filters events based on whether they have a sevdesk ID or not, and only updates organizational events.

If there is at least one store, all information is synchronized. If the company name does not exist in sevDesk, the company is created in both sevDesk and Pipedrive. The company's information, such as address, Pipedrive ID, and sync date, is added and updated as needed.

When the company information, such as the name or address, is updated, the synchronization process is triggered and the information is updated in sevDesk.

The scenario runs whenever there is a new organizational event, including new deals, open deals, and organizational changes. This ensures that all company contact information is updated in sevDesk.
